TRYOUT INFORMATION FOR THE 2025/2026 SCHOOL YEAR HAS BEEN FINALIZED
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO REGISTER REGISTRATION PROCESS We will be accepting registrations for the season beginning on February 19, 2025. If you are a current CCHS student, please register at that time. If you are an incoming 9th grader, you will not be able to register until the PowerSchool records are rolled over in June 2025. Therefore, please send a current physical to either or pgraham You must have either registered (if current student) or sent us a physical (if incoming 9th grader) in order to tryout! PHYSICAL FORMS CHSAA has provided new physical forms that must be used for the 2025-2026 season. The new forms can be accessed using the following link: CHSAA PRE PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL FORM Please note: ALL sections of Page 4 must be completed including your and your athletes signature at the bottom. Be sure to provide an updated and current physical that will be valid through at least the end of April. Registration information and links can be found under the Athletics Registration tab.
